very close to the waterfront and great bars/restaurants around the lagoon. Our room was bigger than expected and had a fantastic spa bath. The staff was lovely and helpful in accommodating our needs. Parking was easy and convenient.

Nothing, no complaints at all. Everything surpassed our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were really helpful - allowed us to borrow tourist guides etc. Facilities were good (laundry etc).

I initially chose 'At the Rocks' as it had a gym and I am currently on a diet/exercise plan. We were attending a family funeral and it was convenient to town and family. The motel was clean and modern and the hosts were lovely and very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working out in the gym overlooking the water. The motel is in a lovely spot.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from the main retail center and within walking distance of the beach, estuary, and marina. The room was beautifully decorated with modern facilities and the beds were so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the spa bath was a heavenly treat. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and free Wi-Fi, were greatly appreciated. it was a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

Quality fittings, big room and private

Mistake in booking. Booking was made correctly but the manager didn't have it recorded correctly so we were sent away initially. Returned after finding an internet cafe and confirming the booking.

During my recent Xmas stay in Napier, I found a hotel that had a good location and friendly staff. One of the key location facts was that it was close to the airport, making it easy to get to and from my flights. Another advantage was the proximity to local attractions, making it easy for me to explore the area. the room was also very clean and well-serviced.

I found the room to be slightly small and lacking in certain amenities, such as cooking rings.

Staff was extremely friendly and the room was big and very well equipped. Also very quit in the evening Would definitely recommend it for other business people

The rooms were very good, great beds, spa bath in room, basic cooking facilities available, gymnasium and shared BBQ area. Room service is avail from neighbouring restaurant but we chose the 10 minute walk to a variety of restaurants recommended by the owner. Internet was good speed

The motel was a littke further out of town than I anticipated but with a rental car this didn't present a major problem

We stayed at a modern and peaceful single-story hotel in New Zealand near the beach, city centre and marina with plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes to choose from. Our studio room was equipped with a kitchenette and clean, comfortable furnishings. We particularly enjoyed the exceptional service and recommendations from the friendly hosts, as well as the delicious continental breakfast delivered every morning. We also loved our spacious bathroom with a spa and the large flat screen television in the room.

The exterior of the hotel was not as visually attractive as some others we’ve seen.
